Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
Review, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance
Support and lead HR initiatives, including employee development, engagement, and organizational planning
Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HR reporting
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and employee relations
Manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee data, and support audits
Interpret HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
Foster a strong, inclusive, and supportive culture across the workforce
Support required safety and quality standards for a manufacturing environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Skilled in employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred
HR certification preferred
