Human Resource Information System Manager
LHH is searching for an HRIS Manager on behalf of one of their clients, based in the Greater Milwaukee area. The role involves maintaining and improving Workday functionality, overseeing integration governance, and ensuring data integrity and security while providing insights through reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities
Maintain and improve Workday functionality
Establish system governance standards
Oversee integration governance between Workday and connected systems
Manage security roles and access
Perform ongoing data audits and cleanup
Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Create dashboards and reporting tools for multiple departments
Provide insights that support business decisions
Improve automation and data visibility
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage regression testing cycles
Ensure smooth rollouts of updates and new features
Serve as the go‑to Workday expert
Train users and support troubleshooting
Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to solve system needs
Qualification
Required
Workday experience (maintenance + optimization)
HR technology governance experience
Security administration knowledge
Reporting/dashboards/analytics skills
Ability to design and lead UAT cycles
Preferred
Familiarity with SOX compliance
Advanced integration governance experience
