Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
Prospecting/Warm and Cold calling, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
Conduct reference checks on candidates
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
Strong technical skills, ability to navigate data basing systems, tools and resources
Ability to learn and train remotely
Strong internet connectivity and remote home office environment
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
Effective negotiation skills
Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
Preferred
A degree is preferred but not required
