Responsibilities
Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical team members and business stakeholders to drive project alignment and progress
Manage relationships with project partners, ensuring effective communication and project alignment
Oversee end-to-end testing, UAT, and production activities, ensuring technical requirements are fully met
Track and monitor project risks, issues, and decisions, effectively communicating these to business stakeholders
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other tech teams to align project goals with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Technical Program Management and leading large digital transformation programs
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
Exceptional stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
Experience in enterprise systems, particularly with a focus on digital transformation initiatives
A BS Degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering
8+ years of experience in leading complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization
