Lead the planning and execution of projects by creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project challenges
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project developments
Consult with internal teams to share project management expertise and mentor junior project leaders
Ensure project quality by adhering to established methodologies and collaborating with quality assurance teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project management
2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a related industry
Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software
Preferred
Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in product development and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with Windchill or similar electronic document management systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
