The role involves ensuring high quality standards, managing project documentation, preparing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Ensure high quality standards are met
Establishing and maintaining Contract Document logs, posting changes electronically
Managing distribution of documents
Assisting with preparing monthly reports
Writing scopes of work for bids and assist in preparation of bid packages
Performing quantity surveys (takeoffs) for all changes
Preparing estimates
Traveling and coordinating projects on-site
Ensure supplies and equipment are available
Collaborating with subcontractors, engineers, and key team members
Coordinating required inspections with local authorities
Qualification
Required
BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3+, years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated comprehension of project specific safety plans
Strong understanding of construction operation and processes
Must be able to travel to the jobsites
Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
Strong knowledge of MS Office. Familiar with construction and project management software programs such as Procore, Bluebeam
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and management skills
