Mid LevelFlooring Careers is seeking a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join their dynamic team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will help residential and builder customers transform their spaces by selecting the perfect cabinetry, countertops, and finishes, while collaborating closely with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Able to work in a showroom setting supporting account managers with design and sales presentations with the client
Utilize 20/20 Design software to create detailed layouts and visuals that align with customer preferences and requirements
Collaborate with customers to select materials, finishes, and styles that best suit their design vision and functional needs. (access to plumbing, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, baths, and pools)
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process
Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and design techniques to effectively assist customers and provide expert recommendations
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in kitchen and bath, interior specialities
Proficient in 20/20 Design software with the ability to create customized designs and layouts
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers and conduct presentations with customers
A keen eye for detail and a passion for design and home improvement working with high end to ‘ready to box' products
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Able to sit, stand, walk in showroom, use computer tools and lift up to 40 lbs./Sample boards
