Work on eclectic executive compensation matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public company offerings and reporting obligations, and general advising and counseling
Qualification
Required
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in either executive compensation law, tax law, securities law, or corporate law
Demonstrable interest in the executive compensation field
Background that reveals an interest in executive compensation matters
Superior academic credentials
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Admission in jurisdiction of application
