Business Development Center Rep
Sauers GMC is a family-owned dealership in Northwest Indiana, known for its exceptional customer service and high customer retention rates. The Business Development Center Rep will be responsible for creating and maintaining business development processes, attracting and retaining clients, and contributing to customer satisfaction improvements.

Responsibilities
Create, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes for the Sales department
Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Strive for continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole
Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity:
Qualification
Required
Digital marketing, website & social media experience is required
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Strong email and phone presence is necessary
Exceptional leadership skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Stay current with all training requirements
Preferred
Automotive experience is a plus
