Responsibilities
Conceptualize, write, edit, and proofread content for attorney bios, RFP responses, award/rankings submissions, and other marketing collateral
Collaborate and strategize with attorneys and marketing team members to translate complex legal concepts into clear, client-focused messaging
Develop and manage firm written content guidelines and ensure alignment with firm branding, tone, and AP Style standards
Manage content calendars and coordinate timely publication across channels
Maintain consistency and accuracy in messaging across all platforms
Optimize digital content for SEO to improve engagement
Assist with proposals, practice descriptions, marketing collateral, and other copy development/proofreading as needed
Assist with public relations and social media initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
5+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
Experience writing and repurposing content for multiple channels
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Expertise with AP Style guidelines
Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices and digital marketing trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with CMS and social media platforms
