Director of Sales
Renova One is a company that delivers seamless renovation and restoration solutions for various properties. The Director of Sales will lead a sales team while also managing a personal book of business, focusing on driving revenue and building client relationships in the multi-family division.

Responsibilities
Actively drive Renova One’s revenue strategy by retaining existing customers, adding services and acquiring new customers
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team—providing hands-on training, field support, and professional growth opportunities
Execute a comprehensive local sales strategy to exceed revenue goals through local, mid-market and National Account execution
Establish high, wide and deep relationships at property level (PM and Maintenance Mgr), management company level and owner level
Establish sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and analyze results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Teach your team how to leverage enablement tools (CRM, measure tool and quote tool) to drive efficiency
Teach your team sales methodology to drive effectiveness
Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless project delivery
Stay engaged with market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Represent Renova One at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, serving as both a brand ambassador and subject-matter expert in flooring solutions
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budget accountability while maintaining your own active pipeline
Works with finance and HR on accurately and timely payment of commissions
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results within the team
Member of Revenue Leadership Team (RLT) that creates strategy and policy and owns the Sales Leader Playbook
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or player/coach role
Track record of personally generating significant revenue while leading a sales team to success
Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing talent
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Skilled in sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM systems
Valid Driver's License is required
Preferred
Knowledge of the flooring industry or adjacent construction/renovation sectors strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
