Chemical Engineering Intern

Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, and optimizing chemical processes and systems
Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data to support product development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations
Work with maintenance support team to improve data collection in Core Wire & Grinding
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Understands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving
Qualification
Required
Major / Relevant Field of Study: Chemical Engineering
Ability to create and follow project work plans
Use Microsoft office tools
With direction be able to contact vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain quotes for assigned work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Undergraduate students only
