Schedule appointments or request quotes to win back customer loyalty
Maintain detailed records in CRM, tracking outcomes and producing insights on customer challenges and opportunities
Escalate issues to branch leadership and set appointments for outside reps
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and professionalism
Organizational skills and persistence
Good judgment for effective escalation of customer issues
Ability to remain calm and composed under conflict
Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot
