Responsibilities
Provide support to teams on critical projects
Assist with the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications
Develop flow diagrams
Perform sizing calculations for pipe and equipment
Develop process specifications
Ensure that design conforms to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements
Qualification
Required
In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited program
Must be at least a rising Junior (2 years of college level coursework completed)
Previous relevant internship or project experience
Preferred
3.0 GPA
Previous internship experience in facility design or engineering consulting
