Fusion SaaS HCM Functional Lead
NetSuite, a leader in cloud solutions, is seeking a Fusion SaaS HCM Functional Lead. This role focuses on providing customer service support and resolving complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM applications.

Responsibilities
Providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems
Relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM applications
Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities
Perform Extensions, Integrations and Testing such as Oracle Integration Cloud Service Integrations; Oracle Autonomous Database, Transactional Processing; Oracle Identity and Access Management; Oracle APEX Cloud; Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service Web Applications
Perform Impact Analysis and Opt-in Feature assessment of Supported Program update
Review release readiness documentation and notes related to the periodic release update for SaaS
Provide a report of findings that will include a summary of the changes, enhancements, and mandatory or optional opt-in/new features, included in the release update that will impact Your existing configuration, the results of the impact assessment, and recommendations for the regression test strategy
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience
US citizenship and ability to get security clearance required
Strong Fusion SaaS HCM business processes knowledge and concepts
Implementation/Support experience on Fusion SaaS HCM Modules like Oracle Time & Labor, Oracle US Payroll, Oracle Recruiting
Functional exposure to HCM Compensation, HCM Core HR and Self Service, HCM Benefits, HCM Performance Management and Goals, HCM Reports and Analytics, HCM Workflow, Approvals and Notification
Experience with Visual Builder Studio, Oracle Fusion application's Embedded AI knowledge
Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice to customers

Regression Testing support including execution of predefined Manual Test Scripts, introduction to new modules or extensions, application configuration changes, creating new manual test scripts
SaaS Updates Support including performing Impact Analysis and Opt-in Feature assessment, reviewing release readiness documentation, performing high-level impact assessment, providing report of findings, advising customers on steps to adopt mandatory opt-ins, preparing an update plan, discussing features, bugs and other update items with customers, updating test plans as required

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
