Automotive
Responsibilities
Packaging and mailing of Development Office materials
Searching for, modifying, and uploading alumni data
Organizing and storing of files digitally and in print
Running errands
Answering phones
Assisting with events
Operation of general office equipment and ensuring supplies are kept in stock
Keeping confidentiality when working with information of a personal nature
Other clerical duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Current valid drivers license
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the Google Suite
Reliable, detail oriented, and self motivated
Work Study Eligible
50/50 Eligible (i.e. The student assistant is required to have 12 credit hours per semester, an undergraduate student working on a first bachelor's degree, and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.)
Criminal Background check is required as a condition of employment
