Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, sophisticated onboarding, and offboarding processes
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all HR practices adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain meticulous records and manage internal audits
Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional guidance on policy interpretation and conflict resolution
Benefits & Compensation: Administer comprehensive benefits programs, manage open enrollment, and assist with compensation benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through technology and data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated HR Generalist or Specialist role
Knowledge of HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication skills
A high degree of emotional intelligence
Proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
