Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve TUC/eBuilder workflows across all modules, aligned with unit protocols and contractual requirements
Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement durable improvements
Maintain rigorous documentation: business requirements, procedures, permissions, and workflow diagrams with clear roles and responsibilities
Execute user acceptance testing in development environments prior to production rollout
Maintain and develop templates (documents, budgets, schedules, mail merges, reports)
Support account configuration changes and ERP integrations
Train internal and external stakeholders through clear documentation and hands-on onboarding
Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain reporting and folder structures
Work cross-functionally within a large program team while owning your domain independently
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in communication and strong customer service skills to facilitate collaboration and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
Experience with Record to Report processes and invoice processing to maintain accurate and timely financial records
Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of hands-on TUC/eBuilder process development experience
Understand construction project management, document control, and contract-driven workflows
Detail-oriented, analytical, and disciplined in documentation and testing
Communicate clearly, train effectively, and earn trust across teams
Remain calm and effective under pressure in large, complex programs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
Deep working knowledge of TUC/eBuilder functionality and application in construction programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and independent judgment
Preferred
Familiarity with project management practices and an understanding of construction or redevelopment industry operations
Preferred experience: large capital programs, airport environments, and complex construction contracts
