They are seeking a skilled and proactive Video & Podcast Editor to support the launch and ongoing production of their podcast and video content initiatives, playing a key role in shaping the visual storytelling of their brand.

Responsibilities
Edit podcast and video content including talking-head videos, interviews, and short-form clips
Perform color correction and color grading to enhance visual quality
Shape edits with strong pacing, narrative flow, and storytelling instincts
Provide clear and actionable feedback to the host on:
Camera framing and composition
Lighting and shot setup
Recording improvements for future sessions
Remotely assist with camera setup and production best practices when needed
Take creative ownership of edits and proactively recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience editing video and podcast content
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and editorial judgment
Proficiency with professional video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Experience with color correction and grading
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Comfort providing direct, constructive feedback to improve recordings
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Preferred
Experience editing sports or golf-related content
Familiarity working with founders, executives, or on-camera hosts
Comfort guiding non-technical creators on production best practices
