Project Management & Strategic Operations Project Manager (Contract)
Atrium is seeking a Contractor for Project Management Services within the Project Management & Strategic Operations team. The role involves execution delivery responsibilities for implementing an in-house banking capability, managing various project activities, and ensuring alignment with inter-dependent projects and stakeholders.

Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management
Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex projects
Experience managing Information Technology projects
Experience managing projects involving Accounting teams, processes and technologies, especially involving Intercompany Accounting
Demonstrated leadership presence and drive, resourcefulness, reliability and accountability including ability to hold others accountable for successful project delivery
Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas
Experience facilitating project meetings and effectively and respectfully holding team members accountable for status, deliverables and the timely escalation of blockers
Unfailing commitment to representing project status in an accurate and timely manner
Successful history of managing collaborative projects with vendors and packaged software
Exemplify a highly collaborative mindset and actively facilitate team communication
Build strong relationships with peers and colleagues across the DTE organization, and with key business partners and third-party consultants
Actively anticipate, track and plan for risks and issues, dependencies, resourcing and contingencies
Communicate status, risks and issues in a direct and timely manner
Escalate issues in a manner that is effective and direct
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience presenting to senior leadership in IT and business functions
Experience practicing project feature prioritization and backlog grooming methods
Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and reporting
Understanding of the principles of IT / project financial management (e.g., capital expenses, operating expenses, amortized and expensed costs, accruals, actual and forecasted spend etc.)
Preferred
Experience with high-growth stage biotechnology companies
Agile CSM, PSM or similar certification and direct experience
PMP certification
Experience with implementing or expanding Intercompany Accounting and Settlement solutions such as Blackline, Oracle E-Business Suite accounting applications and Kyriba treasury management
