Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Daily Grace Co. is focused on building a strong talent pipeline and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role involves sourcing candidates, leading recruitment efforts at university job fairs, and collaborating with the HR Director and hiring managers to attract qualified candidates across various roles.

Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates for open and anticipated roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key job families, including early-career and internship-level roles
Identify and engage passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach
Track and nurture candidate leads for future hiring needs
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing notes in the ATS
Represent TDGC at university job fairs, career days, and recruiting events
Travel to partner universities and colleges to build relationships with career centers and faculty
Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up for recruiting events
Build long-term university partnerships to support ongoing talent pipelines
Conduct initial resume reviews and phone/video screens with an emphasis on culture fit and values alignment
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Ensure a warm, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Support reference checks and pre-employment screenings as needed
Track sourcing effectiveness, lead conversion, and pipeline health
Provide regular updates on talent pipelines and sourcing activity
Support workforce planning by anticipating upcoming hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Contribute to recruiting process improvements
Serve as a culture ambassador for TDGC in all external recruiting interactions
Ensure recruiting practices reflect TDGC’s values and commitment to excellence

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable representing TDGC publicly at recruiting events and campuses
Experience sourcing candidates through Linkedin, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines at once
Deep alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co
Ability to travel multiple weeks throughout the year for various recruiting efforts
Preferred
2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, or sourcing preferred
Experience attending or coordinating university job fairs, career events, or recruiting outreach strongly preferred
