Responsibilities
Regular engagement with business process providers (BPOs)
Engage all stakeholders for governances (internal, external)
Regular engagement with Project Managers and stakeholders to keep track of all transition implementations, and anticipate and address current concerns
Function as the first escalation point for all service-related issues and failures – help to address critical issues, conduct Root Cause Analyses, and establish focused corrective action plans
Hold all parties mutually accountable for their deliverables
Perform issue resolution with internal and external entities
Identify and segment key stakeholders to address their needs specifically
Provide regular updates to Steering Committee
Manage program-level budget, provide support in the development of cost estimates and forecasts and keep them up to date
Ensure compliance with internal controls, works with internal and external auditors where necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree - Accounting, Finance, Business, IT or related discipline required
6 years of progressive experience working in shared services and/or GBS environment or relevant finance or professional role
2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Prior experience anticipating financial and operational issues
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in functions and teams across the business
Understanding and experience with core financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, management reporting, etc
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
Able to work on multiple projects/streams simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel 0% - 25%
Preferred
Masters Degree
Experience working with outsourced providers (BPOs)
Proven strategic planning experience at management level
