Senior Platform Delivery Lead

As a Senior Platform Delivery Lead, you will guide complex technical programs from planning to delivery, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful execution and alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end program delivery—from early planning and scoping through execution, launch, and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business partners to define goals, scope, timelines, and success criteria
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, milestone schedules, and risk‑mitigation strategies to ensure on‑time delivery
Facilitate technical discussions to ensure alignment, remove ambiguity, and maintain progress across cross‑functional teams
Track dependencies and proactively identify, surface, and resolve risks or blockers before they impact delivery
Communicate program status, upcoming decisions, and potential risks clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including executives
Drive improvements in delivery practices, collaboration models, and program management frameworks

Required

Strong technical foundation with understanding of Cloud Environments, Colo environments, and VMware workloads
Proven experience managing multiple complex engineering or technical programs simultaneously
Solid program management fundamentals, including timeline management, risk tracking, stakeholder alignment, and ownership of end‑to‑end delivery
Experience preparing and delivering executive‑level reporting (green/yellow/red) with clear communication
5+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success
2+ years of specialized or industry‑specific experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline—or equivalent experience
Background in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or application development

Preferred

Hands‑on cloud migration experience (Colo to Azure, On‑Prem to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, etc.)
Experience delivering large‑scale enterprise programs
Knowledge of SaaS operations or cloud‑native operational models
