Mid LevelLumio Dental is seeking a Provider Experience Manager to join their Recruiting Team. The role focuses on interacting with prospective dentists and providing a customized experience, while managing relationships and contracts with providers.

Responsibilities
In person recruiting through tours and site visits for our prospective dentist showing our offices, and surrounding areas
Manages recruits visit, schedule and travel arrangements
Manages and sustains relationships with members of provider networks
Recruits new providers and manages the relationship
Be a dedicated resource for providers seeking partnership with Lumio Dental
Present and negotiate provider contracts
Works closely with the Onboarding and Credentialing teams
Assist with doctor renewals
Works directly with Regional Managers, Office Managers, Partner Doctors and Clinical Directors to schedule office visits
Works closely with Sr. Manager of University Partnerships for events i.e. lunch and learns, dinner and learns, vendor and career fairs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree - experience as a recruiter, sales, trainer, marketing and/or business development is a plus
Experience working in Dental or Healthcare
Driver's license and reliable transportation
Prior recruiting experience or business development experience is a plus
