Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests from the moment they walk in the door
Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset, especially when it comes to accommodating special requests
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in scheduling and the spa booking system to ensure maximum sales potential and guest/employee satisfaction
Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and assist Spa Therapists and Attendants as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods

Required

A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
You have 1+ years of service industry experience and spa coordination, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment
Your schedule is flexible- you have availability to work weekends and holidays. This position requires weekly availability on Mondays and Tuesdays
