Mid LevelSwitchboard Hiring is partnering with a growing B2B SaaS company based in Dallas to hire an Implementation Project Manager who loves being close to both the product and the customer. This role involves owning the end-to-end implementation experience for new customers, partnering closely with clients, and ensuring the software is configured and delivering value quickly.

Responsibilities
Lead new customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout onboarding
Translate technical requirements into clear implementation plans
Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams
Identify risks early and proactively keep projects on track
Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales) to resolve issues
Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and set up for long-term success
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, particularly in a client-facing role
Strong communication skills to translate technical complexity into clear steps
Ability to coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams
Experience in identifying risks and keeping projects on track
Ability to partner with internal teams to resolve issues
Experience in onboarding and implementation processes for new customers
