Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Oversee a dynamic, ever-changing calendar, including booking both domestic and international travel. Additional calendar support may be needed for our Senior GTM Leaders
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, including team meetings, departmental off-sites, and one-on-ones
Candidate Support: Provide coordination support for candidate interviews as needed
Time Management: Handle multiple time requests, using strong judgment to prioritize
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Qualification
Required
BA/BS or equivalent experience with 4+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in calendar management
Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Navan is required (or the ability to quickly learn these tools)
A proactive, creative problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong self-starter who maintains high confidentiality
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary
