Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites (Elementor, Divi, or similar)
Troubleshoot and improve existing WordPress sites
Guide and mentor non-technical users via Zoom and occasional in-person sessions
Explain updates, best practices, and site management in a clear, patient way
Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing web initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on WordPress experience (themes, builders, plugins)
Experience working directly with clients or end users
Comfortable teaching, mentoring, and answering questions
Based in or near Jacksonville, FL (or willing to occasionally commute), and open to hybrid work
