Responsibilities
Returning phone calls and emails
Talking to members before/after lesson on court
Prepping lesson plans and setting up/taking down on court materials before and after lessons
Attending mandated team, 1:1, and company meetings
Tracking sessions, payroll, chits
Working promotional table to promote programs
Helping at a tournament/event
Additional admin tasks related to specific role
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1 or more years' experience in leading a squash team
Prior tournament experience in regards to organizing, fundraising and scheduling
Understands financials in regards to Profit & Loss statements and goal setting
Ability to communicate in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Authorized to work in the US or possesses required credentials to qualify for H-O1 Visa
Squash Level 1 Certified- or European Equivalent
Current Member of US Squash
CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire
Preferred
Bachelor's Level Degree
3 or more years' experience in Squash Instruction
