Required

Proficiency in Finance and understanding of financial planning concepts
Experience in Sales with a proven ability to educate clients and close transactions effectively
State life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Capability to thrive in both in-office environments and remote work settings
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
