Help Desk Technician
AWC Software is a company operating in the enterprise software and SaaS sector, delivering cloud-native business applications and managed IT services. They are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician who will serve as the first point of contact for end users, owning incident resolution and supporting a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line remote technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common corporate applications via ticketing system, phone, and chat
Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve incidents; triage and escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 with clear documentation and remediation steps
Administer user accounts, password resets, group membership, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Configure and support VPNs, remote-access tools, printers, endpoint security, and VoIP phones to ensure uninterrupted user productivity
Maintain ticket SLAs, update tickets with accurate troubleshooting notes, and contribute to a growing knowledge base and runbooks
Assist with hardware provisioning, onboarding/offboarding workflows, asset inventory, and periodic endpoint maintenance tasks
Qualification
Required
Proven proficiency supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints
macOS desktop support and troubleshooting
Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Zendesk
Remote-support tools and protocols (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP) and VPN troubleshooting
Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP and basic Wi‑Fi/VoIP troubleshooting
Preferred
CompTIA A+ or equivalent desktop support certification
ITIL Foundation certification
Familiarity with SCCM or Intune for endpoint management
