Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support within a shared services / administrative pool
Support multiple senior leaders, including C-suite executives, with changing coverage needs
Independently manage multi-time-zone calendars, resolving conflicts with sound judgment
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including senior-level video and conference calls
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
Partner with conference services on logistics, catering, and guest coordination
Operate with awareness of deadlines, priorities, and shifting demands in a fast-moving environment
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of recent Executive Assistant experience
Direct experience supporting multiple senior leaders or C-suite executives simultaneously
Background in a large, fast-paced, highly structured organization
Proven expertise in complex calendar and travel management
Strong professionalism, discretion, and executive communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in financial services, government, or large corporate enterprises
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom
Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense platforms
