Responsibilities
Assist with tax reporting and regulatory filing requirements to ensure compliance with state and national regulations
Gather data and documentation to complete standard filings and reports
Perform calculations related to liabilities, withholdings, and other tax and regulatory requirements
Support the implementation of client plans throughout the tax and regulatory cycle
Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to routine client questions regarding tax calculations and reporting
Assist clients in addressing tax and regulatory questions from investors
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives while supporting a select group of clients
Collaborate cross-functionally and participate in stretch assignments and technology-driven initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
Self-starter comfortable asking questions and working independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Prior experience with tax reporting, analysis, or regulatory compliance preferred
Exposure to AI tools, reporting automation, or compliance technology is a plus
Prior U.S. Tax experience
Experience supporting internal and/or external clients in a professional services environment
Familiarity with reporting systems and compliance platforms
Interest in technology advancements and process improvement
