Responsibilities
Define technical roadmaps, establish architecture standards, and drive innovation while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead, manage, and develop multi-level engineering teams, fostering collaboration, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing training
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to integration, testing, and deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
Allocate resources effectively, manage technical budgets, and control costs for projects
Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and security protocols
Serve as the primary technical liaison, communicating with leadership, clients, vendors, and other departments
Provide deep subject matter expertise, conduct trade studies (AoAs, CoAs), and oversee complex system integration
Qualification
Required
advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
at least 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles
TS/SCI with Poly security clearance
SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification
Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments
