Responsibilities
Manage projects and enhancements following SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
Assemble project plans, manage tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues
Track progress and deliver regular status reporting to IT and business leadership
Ensure projects meet quality standards through close coordination with QA teams
Support and empower delivery teams and Product Owners to make effective commitments
Collaborate with Product Owners to define, prioritize, and maintain a transparent backlog
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform Scrum Master responsibilities as needed
Review and validate complex business requirements and convert them into a prioritized backlog
Review technical designs with Solution Architects and Technical Leads
Coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders; prepare and distribute meeting materials and minutes
Negotiate with partner teams and resources to remove delivery impediments
Manage releases and post-launch activities end-to-end
Support production systems as needed
Create executive-level presentations and communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Agile development, innovation, or process management
3–5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager supporting consumer-facing digital platforms
Strong familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Experience delivering customer-facing websites or platforms (commerce, sales, compliance, or transactional systems)
Ability to clearly communicate and negotiate with stakeholders
Strong technical aptitude to understand complex business and system requirements
Experience presenting to executive leadership (strong PowerPoint skills required)
Ability to multitask, innovate, and operate with minimal oversight
Preferred
Familiarity with Clarity for project and financial management
Experience using Jira and Confluence for backlog and project artifact management
Automotive industry experience
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
