Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
Gather and analyze client requirements to design and configure Oracle SCM solutions tailored to their business needs
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants involved in the implementation process
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure alignment of the solution with business objectives
Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating when necessary
Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM features, updates, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field
15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Order Management
Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle SCM implementation projects
Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain and logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team management
In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other modules
Preferred
Oracle Fusion SCM Certification(s)
Experience in leading a team of SCM consultants on multiple implementation projects
Knowledge of related Oracle Cloud modules like Procurement, Inventory, and Costing
Familiarity with industry-specific SCM requirements (e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution)
Experience with third-party integration tools and technologies
Ability to provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of SCM roadmaps for clients
