Responsibilities
Managing & Supervising Teams: Direct BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to deliver consistent, top-tier ABA services
Assessments & Program Development: Oversee functional assessments, individualized goals, and dynamic intervention plans
Family & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster partnerships through training sessions and relationship-building with referral sources
Operational Leadership: Implement OBM tools, monitor metrics via analytics, and drive recruitment/training for center success
Ethical Oversight: Uphold BE Code of Conduct and BACB standards in all initiatives
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum 2 years' experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in home or center settings
Proven motivation for clinical and administrative leadership
Strong passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teams and stakeholders
Availability for onsite presence during center operating hours
