Responsibilities
Lead group-wide treasury and cash management frameworks across entities and regions
Oversee liquidity planning, working capital strategy, and cash flow forecasting
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing structures
Establish treasury governance, controls, and risk management standards
Monitor foreign exchange exposure, interest rate risk, and trade finance structures
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership on capital allocation decisions
Support long-term funding planning and balance sheet optimization initiatives
Guide senior treasury and capital management leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Candidates should have at least 25 years of professional development experience, including holding final decision-making responsibility in corporate organizations
Extensive experience in treasury management, capital management, or corporate finance leadership
Proven background managing liquidity, financing, and financial risk in complex organizations
Strong expertise in cash management, banking structures, and financial risk governance
Experience operating within manufacturing, commodities, or global trading environments
Comfortable working closely with executive leadership on capital and liquidity decisions
Preferred
Background in diamonds, commodities, or trade finance strongly preferred
