Responsibilities
Responsible for the performance of multiple mixed income communities in lease up and stabilized
Responsible for the success of lease ups and meeting occupancy goal and affordable qualification
Budget preparation and expense control
Prepare monthly financial review of operating statements
Provide direction, support and assistance to property managers with planning, work direction, addressing complaints and resolving issues
Negotiate with vendors and/or contractors for service and cost savings
Ensure compliance for property inspections
Train property team on company policies, procedures and best practices
Travel to property sites
Other duties and/or project as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience managing a multiple apartment community
Lease up experience required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a multi-changing work environment and priorities
Strong Financial, contract negotiation & bidding skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Florida drivers license and a satisfactory driving record
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
Affordable Housing experience preferred
Proficient in Onesite PMS a plus
Ability to recruit, train and build a dynamic team
