Responsibilities
Provide direction, guidance, and overall management to insure operational integrity, financial viability, physical safety, and institutional compliance of all Norton Healthcare facilities. Utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems and report progress
Maintain a participative, teamwork oriented environment including recognition programs to acknowledge abilities, development, and achievement of the entire staff, training programs to insure a culture of learning and growth, and communication to insure a continuous 2-way flow of information
Develop and monitor expense accounts, maintenance records, and capital replacement plans to insure the operational integrity of Norton Healthcare Facilities
Develop, monitor and track the effectiveness of Customer Service to patients, visitors, and fellow employees. Establish and maintain communication with all levels of Administration and employees
Qualification
Required
With a Bachelor's Degree: Three years leadership in facility management
Without a Bachelor's Degree: Seven years leadership in facility management
Preferred
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager
