Responsibilities
The AI Architect will design and implement AI solutions by developing AI-driven architectural strategies
Lead the integration of AI technologies across various platforms and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into existing systems
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on AI-related projects
Solve complex technical issues related to AI implementations and provide innovative solutions
Works with CUNA (Credit Union National Association) and other auditing or regulating bodies to ensure recommended best practices are followed
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into strategies
Ensure all AI solutions comply with relevant state and federal regulations
Evaluate and utilize third-party AI tools to enhance financial services offerings
Provides insight on AI potential to Leadership team and AI committee
Assists AI committee in the timing, planning, budgeting and prioritizing of projects in AI Pipeline
Performs other duties as assigned

Excellent written communication skills
Complete required BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) & OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) training annually
Understand and adhere to BSA and OFAC policy and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Machine Learning is required
3 years of experience in Designing and implementing AI solutions
Proven track record of developing AI-driven architectural strategies
Experience leading the integration of AI technologies
Ability to solve complex technical issues
Familiarity with compliance regulations and internal AI policies
Excellent listening and speaking skills
Excellent written communication skills
Complete required BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) & OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) training annually
Understand and adhere to BSA and OFAC policy and procedures
Preferred
Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence is preferred
