Sr Analyst, Logistics Brand Operations

Responsibilities
Serve as a cross -functional liaison between multiple internal brands and global supply chain teams, translating commercial priorities into executable logistics plans
Act as a “single -threaded owner” for brand -level logistics performance, ensuring alignment across planning, transportation, distribution, and execution teams
Build strong relationships across merchandising, planning, transportation, DC operations, and finance to enable rapid decision -making and issue resolution
Lead flow forecasting activities across designated business unit (s), ensuring accurate alignment with demand, inventory availability, and logistics capacity for omnichannel commercial readiness
Evaluate trade -offs between service, cost, speed, and capacity to support prioritization decisions across brands and channels
Support scenario analysis for volume shifts, priority changes, and network constraints to inform proactive planning decisions
Analyze logistics performance across multiple dimensions (brand, channel, distribution node, transportation mode, geography, and time) to diagnose root causes of service, cost, or capacity issues
Identify patterns and trends in network performance to recommend structural improvements, not just short -term fixes
Translate complex data sets into clear insights that identify where, why, and how network performance is breaking down —and recommend targeted corrective actions
Conduct ad -hoc and structured analyses to support rapid issue resolution during network disruptions, peak periods, or new channel launches
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics, technology, and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, analytics, operations, consulting, or a related analytical role (internships and rotational programs considered)
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex systems, processes, and data structures
Strong curiosity and willingness to ask 'why' to uncover root causes and comfort working with ambiguity
Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort challenging assumptions and constructively influencing decisions using data
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across teams with competing priorities
Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, data structuring, and scenario analysis
Experience or strong interest in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python a plus)
Ability to work with large, imperfect data sets and improve data quality over time
Preferred
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or consumer products industries
Familiarity with global supply chain operations, including imports, customs, and international transportation
Knowledge of advanced analytics, scenario modeling, or optimization tools
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics execution platforms
Continuous improvement mindset with Lean/Six Sigma or project management certification (e.g., PMP) a plus
