Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and analyzing performance data related to property operations, expenses, and reporting
Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of data within property management and reporting systems
Collaborate with property managers and their support staff on ad hoc projects
Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, capital plans, and reforecasts
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the portfolio management team
Maintain and update recurring and ad hoc reports as needed
Conduct research to assist the organization on industry best practices, operational efficiencies, and market trends
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2026-Spring 2028
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, operations, marketing or other related fields
Strong data management skills with significant attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, particularly in problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
Maintain a high sense of professionalism to uphold the standards of Related Ross
Exhibit composure during high pressure or challenging situations
Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
