Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree in relevant industry such as business, management, healthcare administration, policy development, or human resources
Five (5) or more years of experience in payroll and timekeeping practices
Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing teams in related field HR/payroll/operations
Managed timekeeping records for a large group of employees governed by complex union contracts
Knowledge of Time, Attendance, and Leaves Management
Ability to author and implement staff schedules
Ability to communicate in an effective manner with a broad audience in written, virtual, and in-person communications

Preferred

Master's Degree related to business, management, or related healthcare field
Preferred five (5) to seven (7) years managing a large team or multiple complex functions, in a union setting
