Responsibilities
Drive new products and features through the development process, acting as a bridge/facilitator between Product Management, Program Management, and Engineering teams!
Map product requirements, PORs (Plan of Record) and roadmaps to documented and actionable engineering programs, projects, and tasks
Organize engineering execution through sprints and/or target release date management, define ‘done’ for those tasks and track them to completion
Communicate project status and highlight "wins" and "blockers" to collaborators and org members via “Top 5 Things” and partner review meetings
Ensure programs are within budget or build and implement approved mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Technical degree (or equivalent experience) with 8+ Years of experience in a software program or project management role
PMP certification and agile project management training preferred
Expertise in Cloud Computing: Deep knowledge of cloud services and cloud application architectures
Experience of successfully shipping products on major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential
Software Background: A strong technical background in software development, including an understanding of development life cycle processes (PLC/SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices or equivalent experience
Program Management Skills: Validated experience in running multiple projects and multi-functional teams, from the initiation phase to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time
A high level of proficiency in JIRA is required
Outstanding communication skills to effectively lead teams through influence, liaise with customers, and articulate project and sprint goals, requirements, and risks
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address technical challenges
Build documentation and presentation materials
