Communication Manager - RMH

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Communication Manager to supervise the Communications Team and oversee various marketing and communication initiatives. Responsibilities

Supervises the Communications Team in the execution of their duties including Graphic Design
Oversees the Vehicle Donation Program, encompassing marketing, public relations, advertising initiatives, management of donated vehicles, and interactions with CARS
Coordinates closely with the Communications Committee, leveraging all available marketing, design, and public relations resources for RMHC's benefit, while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
Leads cross-functional marketing and communication teams with campaigns and special initiatives driven by service line business priorities
Monitors and reports on campaign performance, identifying and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of efforts
Establishes trusted relationships across assigned areas as a strategic marketing counsel
Makes recommendations for strategic optimization and adjustments as needed
Collaborates with key stakeholders to compile, analyze, and interpret data. Ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility
Participates in market and brand research to identify target audiences and develop strategies
Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and communication strategies

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required
Six years of marketing, communication, journalism, or equivalent experience, developing and implementing strategic plans, required
Experience overseeing complex project or work groups, required

Preferred

Experience in a Nonprofit environment, preferred
Three years of management preferred
Healthcare experience, preferred
