Responsibilities
Collect, review, and validate logistics documents, materials, invoices, and data
Ensure all documentation meets required accuracy, standards, and compliance specifications
Interpret and understand shipment documentation to ensure proper preparation of transportation forms
Coordinate and execute special projects, departmental activities, and cross-functional requests
Support daily logistics workflows by reviewing production schedules, order requirements, and material needs
Record and track logistics/production data, including volumes, raw material usage, inventory updates, and quality checks
Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed team environment, supporting multiple stakeholders
Distribute production schedules, work orders, and reports to appropriate internal teams
Maintain inventory accuracy and request supplies/materials as needed
Revise schedules when required due to changes in material availability, labor, or production interruptions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Logistics or supply chain experience (0–2 years preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)
Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving ability
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Ability to work efficiently within routine, structured processes
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience reviewing shipping/production documentation
Ability to analyze basic cost, labor, or material data
Understanding of shipping, logistics, or production regulations
Bilingual Korean/English strongly preferred
0–2 years of relevant logistics, supply chain, inventory, or operations experience (preferred, not required)
