Responsibilities
Perform extensive data entry with a high level of accuracy
Handle high-volume invoicing, billing, and payment processing
Process payroll for up to 25 employees, including salaried and commission-based staff
Manage prevailing wage payroll and reporting as required
Process payroll using ADP and maintain accurate payroll records
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain organized financial records and documentation in QuickBooks
Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience using QuickBooks and processing payroll
Previous experience in construction accounting, including prevailing wage
Strong background in invoicing, billing, and payment processing
Experience processing payroll through ADP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Must pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Comfortable working with accounting software and payroll systems
Preferred
Construction and accounting background strongly preferred
