Mid LevelResorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to manage the collection and analysis of data. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Director of Business Intelligence to provide data-driven insights and oversee various business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities
Execute roadmap of business focused BI initiatives with a clear understanding of all deliverables and associated deadlines
Develop and maintain data management standards, and documentation of current data sources, raw data, data marks, transformations, and report specifications
Analyze and evaluate data requirements for business intelligence dashboards and reports and collaborate with IT teams to implement complex data integrations involving multiple tables across a single platform for business intelligence products
Overseeing data quality includes data validation, troubleshooting, and resolving complex data issues for the business intelligence team
Strong communication and presentation skills and must possess exceptional ability to collaborate well with individuals and teams at all levels, across all lines of business
Provide documentation, training, and support to end users to facilitate change management efforts and to drive adoption of report and dashboard solutions. These activities often require cross functional collaboration and the coordination of activities such as user acceptance testing, production deployments, training, and post deployment support
Oversee and manage critical property process improvement initiatives. Provide direction and oversight to project team to design and implement process efficiencies
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge SQL and data visualization tools, data warehouse, business intelligence reporting software, financial and gaming systems
Working knowledge in data analysis, modeling, integration and deriving KPI (key performance indicators) metrics
Ability to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge with project management and continuous improvement
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Polished appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to successfully lead and mentor a team
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with databases
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to obtain the following: Nevada Gaming Registration
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting
