Sr. Manager, Marketing National Client NYC
Aramark Destinations is seeking a senior, strategic Sr. Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a single high profile enterprise client with a national portfolio of over 10 locations, anchored by a premier NYC headquarters. This role involves owning the full customer journey and developing marketing strategies that elevate experiences and drive revenue for a sophisticated client audience.

Responsibilities
Own the marketing vision across the entire guest journey, delivering refined, relevant experiences spanning executive programs, amenities, cafes, and everyday dining
Apply a white glove, client first mindset, ensuring every activation reflects premium standards, brand alignment, and exceptional attention to detail
Translate customer behavior, site nuance, and service expectations into thoughtful, high impact marketing strategies across environments
Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning across a 10 plus site national portfolio, balancing consistency with local relevance, seasonality, and emerging trends
Develop and oversee elevated merchandising strategies that enhance presentation, storytelling, and sales performance
Partner closely with Culinary to shape menu storytelling, launches, and experiential moments aligned to marketing calendars and operational realities
Serve as a key strategic partner to Culinary, Operations, and Finance, ensuring seamless execution and strong financial stewardship
Maintain disciplined internal and client facing rhythms for planning, reviews, and performance tracking
Manage and develop a direct report while acting as a high influence connector across teams, translating strategy into precise, executable plans
Lead measurement and reporting strategy across sites, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Deliver clear, polished, and visually compelling updates to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
Use data, guest feedback, and operational insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts in line with evolving client expectations
Qualification
Required
10 plus years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally within hospitality, food service, luxury retail, or complex operational environments
Proven experience working with high end or enterprise clients who expect rigor, discretion, and elevated execution
Deep understanding of hospitality operations, merchandising, guest experience, and attention to detail
Demonstrated success leading complex cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
5 plus years of people management experience, leading and developing high performing teams
Comfort operating in fast moving, in person environments where real time problem solving is required
